Job title: The Ohio State University Medical Center/Lead Research Technician
Bio: Peter Sacchetti is the lead research technician at The Ohio State University Medical Center Investigational Drug Service. In his current role, he leads an 8-person technician team assisting in managing over 750 active protocols. Peter has more than 10 years of hospital pharmacy experience across multiple settings, with over 5 years dedicated to research pharmacy.
2. Jordan Johns

Job title: Oncology Pharmacy technician Coordinator
Brief Bio: Jordan Johns graduated from Brewster Technical College in 2014 and began a career as a pharmacy technician at Moffitt Cancer Center. Since joining the Investigational Drug Services (IDS) department in 2016, he has gained extensive experience in investigational drug management and has supported the expansion of IDS operations across multiple campus locations. As Pharmacy Technician Coordinator, he leads technician training and coordinates daily technician operations, while also collaborating with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and auditors to ensure regulatory compliance, pharmacy accountability, and operational excellence.
3. Natalie Petrella-Workman

Job title: University of Michigan Research Pharmacy and Allergy Services Operations Manager
Brief professional bio: Since joining the University of Michigan department of pharmacy services in 2016, Natalie worked 5 years in the Children’s and Women’s Hospital before transferring over to Research Pharmacy in 2021 in a leadership position. During this time, Natalie completed her Healthcare Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University. In her current role, Natalie oversees day to day operations which includes pharmacy technicians, interns, and pharmacists. She also works with nursing and clinical teams to ensure workflow optimization and enhance service delivery.
